基于霍耳效应的压力传感器。它将霍耳元件固定于弹性敏感元件上,在压力的作用下霍耳元件随弹性敏感元件的变形而在磁场中产生位移,从而输出与压力成一定关系的电信号。保持霍耳元件的激励电流不变,而使它在一个均匀梯度的磁场中移动时,它输出的霍耳电势大小就取决于它在磁场中的位移量(见半导体磁敏元件)。磁场梯度越大,灵敏度就越高;梯度变化越均匀,霍耳电势与位移的关系就越接近于线性。霍耳元件结构简单、形小体轻、无触点、频带宽、动态特性好、寿命长,而且已经商品化。霍耳元件用于压力传感器,按照弹性敏感元件的不同有多种结构形式。图a、b中的压力传感器分别采用膜盒和波登管作为弹性敏感元件,并由两块半环形五类磁铁产生梯度均匀的磁场。
