结合水工模型试验介绍了长江上游漂污物特性、三峡工程施工期坝前水流条件、漂污物漂移规律及分布规律,总结了葛洲坝工程运用二十余年来治理漂污物的经验和教训,提出了三峡工程施工期利用坝内排漂孔、坝前捞漂船打捞、坝前河段设置挑、拦漂排等漂污物综合治理措施。

During the period, a lot of the floating debris will be detained in dam area or in front of the dam due to the water flow, such situation will seriously endanger the ecological environment of the reservoir and influence the power generation and navigation of the Three Gorges project.
三峡水库2003年6月开始蓄水,三峡工程将进入库水位为135m的围堰挡水发电期,此期间将有大量的漂污物随水流运动滞留坝区或漂浮至坝前,造成库区生态环境污染,影响三峡工程机组发电和航运。
