【建筑结构等级划分】对建筑物结构作质量上的等级划分，有助于确定建筑险保险费率。 一等建筑: (l)房架用钢骨水泥、砖石或钢结构; (2)内外墙、地坪、楼坪、扶梯用钢骨水泥、砖石或钢结构; (3)房顶用水泥、瓦片、砖石、铁皮、石棉、沥青或油毛毡。 二等建筑: (l)房架、地坪、楼坪、扶梯用木结构; (2)内外墙主要用砖石、水泥或其它不易燃烧的材料; (3)房顶用砖瓦、铁皮、石棉、沥青或铺石屑的油毛毡。 三等建筑: 凡次于前两等级的建筑物均属三等建筑。
