zhongxiaoliuyu sheii baoyu hongshui tuii中小流域设计暴雨洪水图集(atlasofdesign storm and flood for medium andsmall basins)以图表形式表达中小流域设计暴雨和洪水的地区规律，供短缺实测流量资料地点中小型工程推求设计洪水之用。亦称暴雨洪水查算图表。 中国在20世纪50年代末至60年代初，编制了大量的地区性水文手册，并于1963年正式出版了《中国水文图集》。随后，于1978年出版了全国及地区性的《可能最大暴雨图集》。自1982年至1984年，各地先后完成了《中小流域设计暴雨洪水图集》的编制工作。美国、英国、苏联等国也编制有多种水文图集。 中小型水利工程为数众多，这些工程的设计洪水往往不能利用工程地点的实测流量资料直接计算，但可利用本地区中小河流的雨洪观测资料和地形、地质、土壤、植被等资料分析综合。根据不同地区、不同方法、不同环节的相互协调，找出洪水特性与流域地理特征的关系，给出相应于不同流域特征的参数，间接推算设计洪水。因此，这种图集具有较大的实用价值。它具有以下内容(见设计暴雨、设计洪水): 暴雨部分包括暴雨参数等值线、暴雨时面深关系和设计雨型，可用以推求工程控制面积的可能最大暴雨或各种频率的各种长短历时的面设计雨量及其时程分配，暴雨参数等值线图，除可能最大24小时点暴雨外，还有年最大24小时、6小时、1小时、10分钟点暴雨的均值及变差系数等值线图。短历时暴雨，过去用年最大24小时雨量按暴雨公式间接推算，已逐步向直接推算过渡，提高了计算精度。设计暴雨的面深关系也做了新的探索，一些省(区)分析了定点定面关系。 产汇流部分包括由工程控制面积上的面设计暴雨推求其净雨过程，以及由净雨过程推求设计洪峰、洪量及洪水过程线。 产流计算，视各地区的具体条件采用不同模型。湿润地区，在设计条件下，一次暴雨的损失相对较少，对设计洪水计算一般影响不大，因此，多采用比较简单的产流计算方法，如以前期影响雨量为参数的降雨径流相关法，平均损失法和扣除初损及后损法。干早地区暴雨损失量相对较大，产流环节的处理对设计洪水影响很大，因此采用既能反映前期影响雨量又可计及雨强的产流计算法，如以产流历时为参数的产流期平均损失率与产流期雨量相关法或下渗曲线扣损法。 汇流计算也随各地区的具体条件和传统习惯采用不同的模型，采用较多的是推理公式法及瞬时单位线法，有些地区还采用综合单位线法。 (钱王骋)
