少量红色瑞士装饰卷,及少量折色瑞士圈,分别切成:5厘米*52厘米,7厘米*52厘米,9厘米*52厘米,10.5厘米*52厘米鸡蛋黄8个,鸡蛋2个,糖、肉桂泥,食用胶、cassis油、起泡奶油、糖浆,黑巧克力。
制作过程
1. 将蛋糕模具用瑞士圈装点 2. 将鸡蛋黄、鸡蛋、糖和肉桂加入少量沸水搅拌 3. 将加热的鸡蛋混合物放入机器中并搅拌至冷却 4. 将食用胶浸入水中并加入cassis油 5. 将深化了的食用胶与冷却了的起泡鸡蛋混合物充分搅拌 6. 放些小型白瑞士圈在项部并浸入糖浆 7. 再次加上另一些cassis油在顶部配上瑞士圈并重复3次 8. 将巧克力覆盖在最后一层上,放入冰箱直至凝固
