凡属下列建筑工程不需要申领建设工程规划许可证:
1、不改变建筑物外形、建筑主体承重结构和建筑高度的房屋维修工程。如房屋重新内粉刷、室内的局部装修、内部的局部加固等。顺便说明,阳台是不允许擅自安装窗户而封闭起来的。
2、在建筑工程的已经批准的基地范围内因施工需要而塔建的临时设施。但施工一结束,必须全部干静的拆除掉,不得遗留。凡是在建筑工程结束交付使用后仍遗留的施工工棚等,一律按照违章福建处理。
