长糯米 3杯
土鸡腿 1只
香菇 5～6朵
高汤 3杯

调味料：
盐 1/2小匙
胡椒粉 少许
香油 1小匙
作法：
(1)糯米洗净泡30分钟后沥干。
(2)土鸡腿切丝，用腌料腌过，香菇切丝备用。
(3)起油锅，将腌好的鸡丝与香菇丝爆炒后盛起。
(4)用原来的油锅，将米倒入炒约5分钟，再倒入高汤，继续焖约10分钟即可装碗。
(5)装碗前，在碗底先放入炒好的鸡丝料，再填上糯米饭，倒扣之后，撒上葱花与油葱酥即可。
