补充资料:半控型逆变电路
      由半控型器件组成的逆变电路。半控型器件指控制极在器件导通后即失去控制作用的器件。例如普通晶闸管及其大部分派生器件即属于这一类。为了关断这类器件必须采用阳极关断方式,即利用反向阳极电压以迫使通态电流下降并恢复电压阻断能力。作为一种可控开关,这类器件的控制功能是不完整的,故泛称半控型。反向阳极电压又称换流电压。根据该电压来源不同,可有以下两种关断方式:①负载关断方式,换流电压取自呈容性负载电压;②独立关断方式,换流电压由独立的附加关断电路产生(常用于感性负载)。
  
  和全控型逆变电路相比,半控型逆变电路的容量比较大,技术也较成熟。但主电路结构在感性负载条件下,由于必须增设附加关断电路而显得复杂。这不仅增加体积、重量和装置成本,而且也降低装置的效率和可靠性。因而在中、小容量范围内,半控型电路逐渐由全控型取代。
