concentration camp syndrome
集中营综合征(eoneentrat，on eampSyndrome)亦称“战俘综合征”，指发生于集中营或战俘中的一类病理心理表现。患者·常表现为持续的应激反应，严重的焦虑;强迫性穷思竭虑，想像自己歹E去:躯体化反应;兴趣缺乏、抑郁、麻木、注意力不集中、行动缓慢、退缩、贪食;记忆缺损:性格改变。原嗜烟酒的人可出现超大量地吸烟、饮酒。有时目睹许多同伴死去而自己幸存可产生“幸存获罪感”( sur、iralguilt)，认为自己的某些行为危害了同伴的生命，或模糊地感到自己做了’错事，希望能做些有助于改变现实悲剧的事。年轻的患者可出现一种特殊的自我保护，对周围人包括亲近的人或亲友的死去缺乏相应的情感反应。即使被释放后，_L述症状仍可能保留相当时间。本征是特殊境遇、社会隔离和营养不良等因素综合作用的结果。 (江开达撰徐俊觅审)
