The issue of the judicatory intervention into shareholders general meeting, in nature, is the issue of judicatory intervention into corporate self-government, and generally speaking it is the issue of litigation intervention by court.

As the general meeting of shareholders is a collegiate system, it shall exercise its authorities in accordance with the decisions on matters considered at the meeting voted by shareholders.

Through the research on several basic problems about the systems of shareholders conference, this dissertation wants to explore the kernel of regulations which Company Law use to regulate shareholders conference.
