边缘型人格障碍(borderline personalitydisorder)有此型人格障碍的人的情感、行为、人际关系和自我意象(seir一image)十分不稳定。性格具有以下特征:(l)人际关系不稳定，有时极端理想化，有时又十分贬低。(2)为了满足个人私欲，剥削或利用他人，不顾及他人的利益和权利。(3)放纵自己，如挥霍、赌博、吸毒、偷盗、性放纵、贪食、漫不经心地驾驶。(4)情绪不稳，心境很容易转为抑郁、易激惹或焦虑，但一般数小时后即可恢复。(5)容易过分激动，自控能力差，常发脾气和斗殴。(6)经常做出自杀威胁的姿态，或有自残行为。(7)明显和持久的身份识别障碍，对下列问题感到不确定:自我意象、性对象、职业选定、择友类型、价值观。(8)经常感到内心空虚或索然无趣。 愧亚忠撰刘协和审)
