补充资料：石拱寺石窟
在华亭县上吴镇南3公里。现存窟龛14个，造像皆为石雕。最大的洞窟是第2窟和第6窟，规模相当宏伟，窟内均造三佛及胁侍菩萨，前壁门两侧雕天王。第6窟高8米，佛高6米。两窟的造像在清同治年间（1862—1874）被破坏，唯有第6窟壁门侧浮雕供养人尚存数排，均着袍服，是北魏改胡服以后供养人的形象。该窟开凿造像的时代大体相当于北魏中、晚期到西魏。多数窟龛已破坏，现存较好的有九和十一窟。
九窟：平面为马蹄形，穹窿顶，窟内分正中龛，西龛，东龛三组造像。
正中龛雕释迦，多宝对坐说法相，两侧侍立二菩萨二比丘。二佛高肉髻，面部清秀，着袈裟，半结跏跌座。二菩萨均著衣蔓冠，上身袒露，下着衣裙曳地，披巾自双肩搭下于胸前交叉。旋上卷拢于臂，拖垂至地。二比丘均着袈裟。
十一窟：平面呈马蹄形，穹窿顶，窟三壁各开一圆形浅龛。保存比较好。
正龛雕一佛二菩萨，龛外两侧各浮雕一立佛，龛外下方两则各浮雕三供养人。佛高肉髻，内着僧祗于胸前打结垂下，外着褒衣博带袈裟，半结跏跌座。二菩萨高髻宝冠，带项圈，上皮袈裟，下着裙，裙裾曳地外扬。龛外二佛高肉髻着袈裟，通身背光为莲瓣形。
窟内南壁顶雕一园拱浅龛，内一佛二菩萨。龛西东两侧分三层雕像。上雕维摩及文殊对坐图，浮雕众比丘听法，中层，下层均雕供养人，供养人男头束巾帻，宽袖长衣，女高发髻，宽衣长裙。
窟顶正中浮雕一园莲，莲瓣形尖瘦，莲四周分四格，每格内浮雕对称双手捧衣飞天各二身，似一男一女。飞天均高发髻，长裙裹足，披巾搭于双肩向后飘扬，体态生动。
此窟是保存最好的一窟，造像布局，雕刻手法，姿态表情均有独到之处。造像、浮雕，比例适中，衣纹流畅，面部表情生动端庄，笑中含情，栩栩如生。此窟开凿于北魏晚期（公元512年），具有很高的艺术价值。现为甘肃省重点文物保护单位
