we一kuangba Poishen shesh-尾矿坝排渗设施(drainage of tailings dam) 为排除尾矿坝坝体渗水,增强坝体稳定性,在坝内设置的排水系统。尾矿库内的水沿尾矿颗粒间的孔隙向坝体下游方向不断渗透形成渗流。稳定渗流的自由水面线称为浸润线。尾矿坝内浸润线位置越高,坝体稳定性越差,地震液化的可能性也越大。坝内设置排渗设施可有效地降低浸润线,并有利于尾矿泥的排水固结,是增强坝体稳定性的重要措施。尾矿坝是否设置排渗设施,应通过渗流计算和稳定分析确定。初期坝为透水坝型时,运行期间能保持必要的干滩长度的中小型尾矿坝,一般可不设或少设排渗设施。排渗设施尽可能预先埋设,以节省工程费用。当尾矿坝堆积到一定高度后,受不可预计因素影响,出现浸润线过高,抗滑稳定性或渗透稳定性不符合要求时,才采用后期补设。排渗设施施工质量直接影响排渗效果,滤层的好坏是关键。如采用砂石结构滤层,则砂石料的颗粒级配必须严加控制;如采用土工织物滤层,则施工时应严防损伤和开缝。对用机械抽吸的排渗设施应定期检查,及时维修,确保机械正常运行;对自排式的排渗设施应经常观测渗水水量和水质,如发现水质变浑或水量骤减,须及时分析,查明原因,妥善处理。尾矿坝的排渗设施有水平排渗、竖向排渗和竖向水平组合排渗等三种基本类型。 水平排渗在坝基范围内或在不同高程的沉积滩面上预埋盲沟、滤管或滤板等排渗体,将渗水引至集水总管,自流排出坝外。对已堆积到一定高度而未预埋排渗体的尾矿坝,可用水平钻机在下游坡面上向坝内顶管设置水平滤管。水平滤管具有不耗能源,管理简便,施工快,造价低的优点。当尾矿坝内有厚层矿泥夹层时,仅用水平排渗效果稍差。竖向排渗在坝基范围内预设或在尾矿沉积滩上补设渗水竖井,渗入井内的水用机械抽吸或在井底另设水平管自流排出坝外。渗水竖井可采用外包滤层的钢管井、钢筋混凝土管井、无砂混凝土管井、碎石盲井、袋装砂井或塑料插板等结构。竖向排渗的优点是可贯穿矿泥夹层,沟通上下各土层的渗水,迅速降低浸润线。但大多需专人维护管理,且耗电。 竖向水平组合排渗由竖向排渗和水平排渗有机组合而成的排渗方式。竖向渗井内聚集的渗水,通过水平排渗设施排出坝外。它兼有两种排渗方式的优点,但造价较高。多用于有较厚矿泥夹层,浸润线位置很高的尾矿坝。 (陈守仁)
