The numerical simulation of toggle-drawing forming for fuel tank shell is realized by Dynaform software, the solution to related problems in pre-processing modeling is provided, and the forming characteristics of plate material are analyzed by combining with FLD, stress, strain nephogram and wall thickness changes and etc.
利用Dynaform软件对油箱壳体正装式双动拉伸成形进行数值模拟,给出了前处理建模中有关问题的解决方法,并结合成形极限图(FLD)、应力、应变云图及壁厚变化等对板料的成形性能进行了分析。
