According to the engineering geological features of loess landslide in Northwest China a new electrical exploration instrument and its method GDT high resolution geological exploration instrument and GDS high resolution sounding method is introduced as well as its application combined with practical work.

With high resolution side scan sonar,it can obtain high resolution submarine relief feature,temperature-salinity-depth data and so on in offshore submarine.

Introduces the principle and hardware framework of the Shallow water high resolution Bathymetric Side Scan Sonar(SBSSS) system,and then presents its engineering application near some oil derrick areas on the sea,finally gives out the real-time working results and post-processed bathymetry map of the system.
