痘疹闷乱 病证名。痘疹神识不清的表现。《痘疹心法》：“谵妄、狂扰而烦躁者，谓之闷乱。”多由湿热、痰浊或瘀血阻塞心包，所及神志所致。治宜清热化湿，豁痰消瘀。烦热闷乱，宜清心解毒，用导赤散加银花、连翘、黄连之类。如湿蔽清窍，宜芳香化浊，用菖蒲郁金汤。痰浊阻窍，宜豁痰开窍，用温胆汤加菖蒲、郁金。瘀血阻络，宜消瘀活络，用通窍活血汤。
