中国元代画家方从义的代表作之一。方从义 (14世纪 )字无隅，号方壶、不芒道人、金门羽客，江西贵溪人。道士，以书画闻名。此图纸本，墨笔，纵74.4厘米，横27.8厘米。画武夷山，奇峰突起，溪涧幽深，一叶扁舟，顺流而下，布势奇险。画法师承董源、巨然，粗笔写意，笔法苍厚，变化多端。本幅右上自识："武夷放棹"隶书体 4字。左方有草书题识一则。画于至正己亥冬，钤白文"方壶清隐"一印。主要收传印记有清卞永誉"卞令之鉴定"、"式古堂书画"、安岐"安氏仪周书画之章"、清高宗弘历"乾隆御览之宝"、"乾隆鉴赏" 、"石渠宝笈"、"三希堂精鉴玺"、"宜子孙"等印。《大观录》、《式古堂书画汇考》、《墨缘汇观》等书著录。现藏故宫博物院。
