This paper analyzes the power-responsibility-favor relation for all int erests, and the relationship between interests favor and corporation performanc e under multilayered entrust-agent relation in the state-owned enterprise.

The paper,from the perspective of jurisprudence,points out that the contradiction between individuals and public is the inner contradiction in all modern production modes and corruption is the product of the separation of ownership and exercising power from public power,opposition of different subjects purposes and choices in right relationship,twisted right relationship.
