The TiO_2 nanocryatallite hydrosol with anatase structure has been synthesized via a facile low-temperature erfluxing process with hy- drolyzation/crystallization at a temperature of 110-150℃ for 3~12 h,employing TiCl_3,TiCl_4,H_2O_2 and NaOH as the raw materials.
结果是:XRD 图表明该 TiO_2纳米晶具有锐钛矿型结构且结晶较好; TEM 图显示其颗粒均匀且粒度分布在10~30nm,集中于20nm;激光粒度分析为20nm,与 TEM 图相一致;由低温氮气吸附- 脱附实验求得其 BET 比表面积为256。
