| 佣金 牙商、经纪人等中间人说合介绍生意所取得的酬金。又称牙佣、中佣、行佣。说合买卖的中间人，在中国史籍上早有记载，《史记·货殖列传》称之为驵侩。宋以后称为牙行。到了近代，牙行又称牙纪、行纪，牙商又称经纪人。牙行在交易中起着评物价、通商贾、代政府统制市场、管理商业的作用。牙行凭借其特权将经营范围从为买卖双方作介绍，扩大到代商人买卖货物，代商人支付和存储款项，运送货物，设仓库保管货物，代政府征收商税等。在商品交易必须通过牙商的情况下，佣金是一种带有强制性的中间剥削。佣金大多由卖方付给，也有由买卖双方分别付给的。所付佣金的数额依商品的性质和货值多少而定，也有些地方是约定俗成的，形成了惯例。 买办代外商经营生意取得的收入也称佣金，但其性质与说合生意收取的佣金不同。买办是殖民地半殖民地国家中为外国资本家在本国进行经济活动服务的中间人或经纪人。他们为外商招揽生意，垫付货款、经手金银、货币、信用票据的收付，与本国金融机构联系，帮助外商融通资金，而且深入内地为外商收购农副产品。买办大都设有与经手业务有关的商号，进行独立的商业活动，与外商业务相联系。买办的收入有佣金、薪俸、利润等，前期以佣金为主，后期以利润为主。佣金的名目繁多，有媒介生意的佣金、保证华商信用佣金、销价差额佣金等，其数额参差不齐，差距很大。 |
