This paper introduces the concept and applica ti on of virtual prototype in deep-ocean equipment design,analysising the curren t situation of deep-ocean resource exploitation technology,and points that V irtual Prototype technology should be used to solve the problem in ocean resourc e exploitation,at last discussing research content and development direction of ocean virtual equipment technology.

This thesis analyzes the matters on structure, technology and management in the exploitation of marine resources in Hebei province, raises the six countermeasures for exploitation and protection of Hebei Province marine resources, and puts emphasis on the discussion of matters about the management of marine exploitation and the construction of marine laws.
