为了测量恒定转速上叠加的随机波动转速引起的振动,通过弹性转轴和电机轴的转速波动研究了轧机传动系统的动态特性,并建立轧机传动系统瞬时转速的测量模型;运用级数解耦方法,把非线性运动微分方程转化为代数方程获得转速波动的快速分解代数算法,最后通过在扭振实验平台进行模拟轧制过程的实验验证了该算法的正确性和可行性。
