descending part of duodenum
为十二指肠的一部分，约7～8cm，于1～3腰椎的右侧贴近右肾前面内侧缘下降，在第三腰椎平面转左行成水平部。降部内主要有胆总管与胰管的共同开口及副胰管的开口。其中前者距切牙约75cm，此长度为十二指肠引流管第三标志长度。
