生产要素的需求曲线表示厂商在不同价格条件下愿意并且能够购买的生产要素数量的一条曲线。厂商对要素的需求取决于要素的边际生产力，要素的边际生产力如以物质产品表示，则称为边际物质产品(M尸尸);如以使用生产要素生产出来的产品价格来表示·则称为边际产品价格(VM尸)，即vM尸二尸又M尸尸;如以所获得的总收益的增量来表示，则称为边际收益产品(MR尸)，即MRP一MR义Mp尸。在完全竞争的情况下，商品价格尸等于它的边际收益，因此VM尸一MR尸。厂商对要素的投入会一直进行到要素价格等于边际产品价值为止，此时边际产品价值曲线就是厂商的要素需求曲线。由于边际生产力递减，因而这条曲线向右下方倾斜。在不完全竞争的情况下，商品价格尸低于它的边际收益，因此VM尸
