【原料】
净土豆500克,植物油1000克(实耗7.5克左右),精盐5克。
【制作过程】
1.把去皮的土豆切成1.5毫米厚的圆片,用冷水浸泡,,并冲洗去淀粉,然后控干水分待用。 2.炒锅上火,放入植物油烧热,待至油发烟时,将土豆片撒入,上旺火炸,至土豆片发硬时移到微火,并用叉子轻轻搅动,直炸到黄而脆,捞出撒上精盐即可。
