      为保持和恢复油料储存、输送、加注和化验等设备性能完好所采取的技术措施。是油料勤务的重要内容。
  
  油料装备技术保障的内容,主要包括:①保养,分定期保养和不定期保养。通常采取冲洗、除锈、涂漆、紧固、调整、试压和橡胶、塑料制品防老化等措施,以消除隐患。一般由使用人员或保管人员实施,特殊情况由油料勤务部门组织技术力量进行突击性保养。②修理,根据油料装备的损坏、磨损情况和修复技术的复杂程度实行分类修理。苏军分为小修、中修、大修,小修一般由操作人员在现场或技术保养站实施,中修和大修由专门的修理分队实施。中国人民解放军分为小修和大修,小修由部队负责,主要是进行单个零件的换件修理和排除一般性故障;大修由修理所或有关工厂负责,主要是更换磨损部件,排除全部故障和机形整复等。正常情况下按分工组织实施,必要时由修理所派出技术力量进行巡回修理和现场抢修。③仪器检定,是对油料化验计量仪器(如各种温度计、粘度计、密度计、天平、砝码、秒表、玻璃量器等)定期进行的技术检查和检定。通过外观检查、示值检定、调整修理等方法,使仪器达到国家规定的计量标准。中国人民解放军的仪器检定,采取逐级负责的方法实施,也可送当地国家计量部门检定。
  
  此外,制订油料装备的使用要求和操作规程,训练和培养修理技术骨干,组织零部件的筹措、供应和管理,是完成油料装备技术保障的重要条件。
