Comprehensive air leakage distribution models for rotary air preheaters of 300 MW units;

Keeping an eye on the rotary air heater of a certain 300 MW power unit, a comprehensive model for solving air leakage distributions in the radial,circumferential and axial direction is being proposed,with which a conclusion has been obtained that air leakage in the axial and in the radial direction may both be similarly simulated.

With increasing capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers, the shortcomings of grid plate designs, used for middle and small sized circulating fluidized bed boilers have become evident.

This paper introduces the operational characters of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system,and analyses the reason of CFB boiler air distributor slagging via a concrete case.

According to the current research research result, in this paper, reaction tower, air distributor , internals, exit configuration, separator and solids return feeder are expatiated .
