漏蹄风 病名。指足心处所生之慢性溃疡。俗称穿心脚底风。《解围元薮》卷一:“此症于当脚底中央踏下不着实处,乃是涌泉穴。内生小水窠淫痒,搔破则流黄水。久渐成疮。内生蠹蚀,烂秽不敛口。”类似麻风病引起的脚底溃疡或脊髓空洞症引起的营养不良性溃疡。证治可参见麻风条。
