Aiming at the problem that when solid-liquid pump run,too much or little slurry would cause conveying system to work abnormally,the paper introduced design of a control system of solid-liquid pump based on PLC and introduced its software and hardware design in details.

To predict the characteristics of dense liquid_solid two_phase flow, K_ε_T model is established, in which the turbulent flow of fluid phase is described with fluid turbulent kinetic energy K f  and its dissipation rate ε f , and the particles random motion is described with particle turbulent energy K p  and its dissipation rate ε p  and pseudothermal temperature T p .
