Based on the development of the second house in metropolitan,the county of metropolitan and the villages recently.

Using the data of 1,000 questionnaires, the authors try to analyze the behavior of intra-urban migration and residential suburbanization, the second house and seasonal suburbanization, and other correlative spatial behaviors including commuting, traveling and shopping of urban residents in the process of suburbanization in Beijing.

How should we architects search for a new direction in housing design to respond to the requests of developers, consumers, and government authorities? Inevitably, a healthy 5th-generation housing of ecological and cultural characteristics will become the new mainstream design for housing.

The problem and its prevention mentioned in this article that due to the equipment of water and electricity installation, bad quality of pruduct materials, household blind to rebuild and decorate, unreasonable design and construction cause to the problems of using function and safety quality in the project of water and electricity installation during the second decoration of the residence.

This paper discusses the significance of housing industry in national economy and the connotation of the secondary housing market, analyses the problems existing in the current secondary housing market, which are manifested in insufficient openness, indistinctness of true right of the house and substandard intermediary service.
