竹钉  一、明代家具常从卯榫处钻孔钉入细小的竹钉,起加固作用。竹钉一般削成上大下小的圆杆形。竹钉又称楔钉。二、竹制家具的固定件,根据用途不同,可分为两种,一种是压片钉,用来配合压片,固定竹面;另一种是托闩钉,用于托闩位置,如支架上每道围的下面,就要配装托闩钉,承受围的座力和固定围的位置。另外,托闩钉还固定有关的榫合部分。两种竹钉形状一样,要求上大下小,削制面平直,横断面竹青稍微窄于竹黄,壁厚等于竹青面的宽度。具体规格按用途不同而不等。
