The microstructure of nanocrystalline/ultra-fine grain magnesium alloy was systematically studied with X-ray diffraction(XRD)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
采用实验和数值模拟技术相结合,借助DEFORM有限元分析软件制定合适的挤压工艺温度场参数,并利用XRD分析手段、扫描电镜、透射电镜等对纳米晶/超细晶镁合金的组织性能进行研究。
