葛 grosgrain 质地比较厚实并有明显横菱纹的丝织物。采用平纹、经重平或急斜纹组织织造。为了达到横菱纹的外观效应,经丝细而纬丝粗,经丝密度高而纬丝密度低。经丝多采用人造丝,纬丝采用棉纱或混纺纱;也有经纬丝均采用桑蚕丝或人造丝的。葛有素织葛和提花葛两类。提花葛是在横菱纹的地组织上起经缎花,花形突出,别具一格。葛的品种有金星葛、文尚葛、缎背葛等。金星葛的外观具有较粗横菱纹并嵌有填芯线,使花纹和地纹凹凸效应明显,并饰以金银丝,是较高级的装饰织物,多用作床垫和沙发的面料。文尚葛经丝采用有光粘胶人造丝,纬丝采用了股丝光棉线,以急斜纹组织交织而成。织物正面形成明显的横向菱纹,反面光滑,由浮长较长的经丝组成。分素文尚葛和花文尚葛两种。前者在多臂机上织制,后者在提花机上织制。文尚葛多用作春、秋季服装或冬季棉袄面料。 |
