性质:煤流化床气化工业炉之一。应用灰熔聚技术解决流化床碳转化率较低的问题。原料煤粉碎至粒度为1~1.5mm,加入流化床气化炉,与加入的气化剂(空气或氧气和水蒸气)进行制气反应。一部分气化剂由炉底斜面处进入流化床;剩余的气化剂由炉底中心经喷射装置进入气化炉,其气流速度很高,使炉中心温度上升至煤灰的软化温度,煤灰颗粒黏在一起,当黏结的煤灰颗粒重力超过气流托浮力时,煤灰颗粒落入水槽中,将煤灰移出。制得的粗煤气进入气化炉上部空间,加入适量水蒸气,以裂解气体中的焦油,然后进入旋风除尘器,将气体中含有的碳尘分离下来,返回气化炉,煤气经废热锅炉回收热量后出系统。以空气和水蒸气为气化剂,制得的煤气组成大致为:H29.8%~15%,CO12%~16%,CO210%~14.7%,CH40.5%,N260%~62%。
