观察毒物对中枢神经系统阳性条件反射强度和分化能力影响的一种实验方法,即研究毒物对动物高级神经活动影响的一种实验方法。条件反射变化往往比中毒症状和形态学变化出现早,多在研究毒物的阈浓度时采用。目前常用的|实验有大小鼠的防御条件反射和狗、猫的食饵(食物运动)条件反射。在给动物牢固地建立起条件反射后,再将动物染毒,观察染毒前、后动物条件反射的变化。通常以反射时间、反射潜伏期的长短或反射的消失等指标来判断毒物的影响。
