This paper analyzes the mechanism of the temper embrittlement which happens in long-term used steam turbine rotor steel, points out the nondestructive inspecting method s application and problems for rotor steel, and expoundes on the development of electrochemical polarization method and chemical corrosion method.

The temper embrittlement of long-running turbine rotor steel mainly results from the phosphorus segregation in the grain boundary, and picric acid has a good selectivity to the phosphorus, produce the effect of intergranular attack, so the double loop EPR test was adopted to measure the reactive char.
由于长时间运行的汽轮机转子钢的热脆化原因主要是P 在晶界的偏析,又由于苦味酸对P 有很好的腐蚀选择性并产生晶间腐蚀,所以在本项研究中,采用双环EPR 动电位再活化法在苦味酸系溶液中测得再活化电量。
