In order to develop some fatigue design diagrams,the authors carried out weld joint fatigue tests for an aluminum alloy carbody shell.
选用组成双层外壳的中空挤压型材焊缝和2种单层外壳补强焊缝作为车体外壳焊缝,通过对小尺寸和全尺寸试样的疲劳试验获得S-N曲线,采用统计处理方式,得出用于中空挤压型材焊缝的疲劳设计图。

Its main idea is that by using anti-fatigue design structural methed design variables are firstly chosen,then the samples for analysis are created in the variable space with the DOE,after that finite element models corresponding to the samples are built,lastly the RSM of fatigue life and weight using these samples and responses obtained by finite element analysis and fatigue.
其基本思想是在结构抗疲劳设计方法的指导下选取结构的设计变量,用试验设计方法在设计变量空间里选取样本点,对各样本点所对应的结构建立有限元模型并进行结构分析和疲劳寿命估算,得到各样本点的响应(结构质量和疲劳寿命),用这些样本点和响应建立疲劳寿命和质量的响应面近似模型,并对近似模型进行优化获得最优解。
