超声波检查技术之一。对运动物体所产生的多普勒信号的频谱分布进行分析的技术。其目的是为了将所含频率内容与运动速度(如血流速度)联系起来。超声医学中常用的频谱分析器有多通道频谱分析器、扫掠滤波器及快速傅立叶分析器。此外,考虑到经济性与简单性,临床中还普遍采用直接从时域信号中提取与速度有关波形的时域分析法。这方面的仪器有过零计数器、峰值频率跟随器、平均速度计算器、速度剖面测量仪等。
