戒断综合征
abstinence syndrome,withdrawal syndrome
戒断综合征(abstinenee syndrome，Withdrawal syndrome)指对某种药物己形成躯体依赖，一旦断药即出现一系列症状，轻者感到周身难受，重者可威胁生命。容易形成躯体依赖的药物有鸦片类、巴比妥类及酒等。鸦片等麻醉品一旦上瘾，每4一8小时必需再次用药，否则便会出现戒断综合征。最初表现为呵欠，流泪流涕，出汗，随之软弱无力，寒战，全身疼痛，恶心呕吐，心悸，激动不宁，甚至循环虚脱。36~72小时达到高峰。如身体无严重疾患，戒断一般不会造成死亡。巴比妥类药物依赖的戒断症状严重。如成瘾量大突然断药，则12~24小时内出现厌食、软弱、焦虑不安，粗大震颤，不眠，可导致癫痛发作，高热谱妄，危及生命。酒的戒断症状为腹部不适，食欲消失，全身虚弱，心悸流汗，双手颤抖，焦虑紧张，严重者出现抽搐或震颤澹妄。戒断综合征的产生与药物特性和个体素质有关。形成的机制可能与体内吗啡受体与成瘾药物的特殊亲和力、神经元活动被成瘾药物阻断后出现代偿性增敏、单胺类神经递质的改变等有关。 陇亚忠撰刘协和审)
