  即“A型显示”。是将回声的幅度,以波的形式显示在示波器上,从反射波的位置、分布、高低、形状等判断疾病。适用于脏器或组织间的径线值及距离测定,对液性、实性和含气性介质做鉴别诊断,对囊肿血肿、脓肿和积液等液性和实性病变可确诊。但因不能形成断面图像、缺乏形象和直观性。
