辅料:红豆沙馅
烹制方法:
1、将面粉分成四等份,四分之一加油做成酥油面团,四分之三加油和水制成水油面团,将两块面团
性发5分钟备用;
2、将水油面团包裹住油面团,揉匀后擀成薄片,再卷起饧发10分钟;
3、将饧好的面取出,擀皮,包入豆沙馅,制成佛手酥的形状,入烤箱180度烤10分钟即可。
