133〓氙扫描
1972年,Moylan首先应用133氙扫描诊断吸入性损伤,认为是一种安全、可靠的早期诊断方法。方法是在伤后48h内用同位素133氙0.22~0.74GBq,置于生理盐水中静注,每15s闪烁摄影一次,直至133氙完全清除为止。133氙在水中溶解度极低,注入人体内第1次经过肺时几乎全部排泄到肺泡中,正常在90~150s内完全被清除。150s后仍未清除者表示有吸入性损伤。
