补充资料:超越离合器
利用牙的啮合、棘轮 -棘爪的啮合或滚柱、楔块的楔紧作用单向传递运动或扭矩的离合器。常用的是滚柱式超越离合器(见图),它由内圈、滚柱、外圈、弹簧和顶销等组成。一般内圈为主动件,外圈为从动件。当内圈逆时针转动时,滚柱被楔紧而带动外圈转动,离合器接合;当内圈顺时针转动时,滚柱退入宽槽部位,外圈则不动,离合器分离。如外圈由另一系统带动与内圈同向转动,当外圈转速低于内圈时,离合器即自动接合;若外圈转速高于内圈,离合器则自动分离。滚柱式超越离合器的滚柱数目较少,元件接触应力大,故承载能力低。滚柱能在滚道内自由滚转,与内、外圈接触点经常变化,磨损比较均匀,但内圈制造工艺较复杂,安装精度要求较高。楔块式超越离合器和滑块式超越离合器因楔块和滑块较多,承载能力较高,其工作原理与滚柱式离合器相似。
