又称"血清同工异构酶。"肌酸磷酸激酶的同工酶。它们具有相同的催化活性。主要存在于脑、心肌、骨骼肌内,在肝、肾、肺、脾和红细胞内含量很低。故在有脑、心肌、骨骼肌组织细胞受损时,血清肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶活性增高。
