| 火箭增程弹 rocket-assisted projectile 弹丸尾部装有火箭发动机，用以增加弹丸射程的炮弹。其基本结构包括战斗部、火箭发动机、稳定装置和发射药等。发射时，它像普通炮弹一样开始在炮膛内运动；飞离炮口一定距离后，火箭发动机开始工作，提供推力，增大射程。火箭增程弹靠自身旋转稳定或靠尾翼稳定。前者称旋转式火箭增程弹，因弹长受稳定性要求的限制，火箭发动机较短，增程较小；后者称尾翼式火箭增程弹，其增程幅度较大，增程率通常约为25％～100％。 火箭增程弹的结构比较复杂，生产成本较高，采用增程措施占用了弹内的容积，相应减少了炸药装药量，使威力有所降低；射击密集度又低于普通炮弹，使其发展受到了一定的限制。 |
