How to exactly determine the designed outlet water from tube well was discussed; the concept and method for determination of water flowing through well wall and well screen were firstly proposed, based on which the concept on capacity of tube well for water flowing out and designed outlet water from tube well was made clear.

水质保护设计水量(designdischargeforassuredwaterquality)为保护水体水质而选用的水量。由于水量与水质密切相关,在一定水污染物总量条件下,水量少浓度水体水质浓度关系很大,必须从实际出发,为保护水体水质而合理确定。一般水体出现严重污染大都在枯水时期,故用十年一遇连续七天平均枯水流量作为河流水质保护设计水量,或用十年一遇最枯月平均流量;对湖泊则为十年一遇低月平均水位的蓄水量。中国河川径流量差异很大,沿海还受期汐影响,水质保护设计流量应从水文条件;水质保护目标,经济可能,水污染特性进行具体分析,综台平衡加以确定。
