An energy saving strategy, which aimed at the problem of arc welding transformer with high open energy wastage and low power factor, is proposed.
本文针对弧焊变压器空载能耗大、功率因数低等问题,提出了一种节能策略,并基于微处理器控制的微功率辅助供电电源,研制了智能型弧焊变压器空载降压装置,该装置使弧焊变压器二次侧空载输出电压小于3V,装置本身的功耗极小,且针对不同型号的电焊机,该装置无需调节,具有普适性,实验结果表明本文提出的节能策略及其装置具有显著的节能效果。
