It is possible, by adopting“reverse engineering”to conduct digitized design of inlet and exhaust portstoolings of diesel engine, to improve the fineness of the toolings and castings, shorten toolings development duration.

This text introduced that:(1) the technics way of the boring and reaming machine of motoreycle engine cylinder head's inlet and exhaust gateway pipe and seatcircle,(2) the advanced MAPAL cutting tool system structure,fixing and orientation characteristics,(3) the request of using this system ,and (4) the cutting parameter and machining effect.
