图154ｍ时速每小时900公里，工作时速350公里，巡航高度500～1200米，起飞重量86～102吨，载重量14吨，巡航距离6500米，成员5人，操作员约25人。用作图象侦察时，图154ｍ装备三种照相系统。它们是ronsar合成孔径雷达成像、raduga红外成像和电视摄影。电视成像作业解像度 （resolution）达到0.3米，合成孔径成像作业高度在12000～500米，解像度３ｘ３米，红外成像作业高度3000－1500米，解像度0.5米。其中电视成像系统还装备斜角电视照相机
