为解决正规方程法进行混合料配合比矿料组成设计时出现负数解及混合料级配超出理论界限范围的问题,采用迭代算法,先按正规方程法计算矿料组成比例系数,将得到的混合料级配作为目标级配初始值,对超出理论级配上限或下限的目标级配值强制调整为相应的界限值,当组成比例系数为负数时则取消对应的矿料,根据修正后的目标级配再利用正规方程法计算新的矿料组成比例系数,并得到新的混合料级配及新的目标级配,经过迭代计算得到完全满足理论设计级配范围要求的解。
