Welding condition for container is overviewed and automatic welding machine of container is designed for fillet weld between side and bottom plate,focused ultrasonic sensor is used to track horizontal direction,eddy current sensor is used to track vertical direction .
设计了集装箱数控自动焊机,并在其前后方向上采用聚焦式超声波传感器进行跟踪焊,而在高度方向采用模拟量的涡流传感器进行跟踪,选用研华PCL818HD进行数据采集,PCI1240进行运动控制,根据焊接要求编制了运动控制程序,试验表明该设计达到了预期的要求。
